How the One-Hour Session Works
Your student comes in with whatever they’re working on — a math problem set, an essay, a test to study for. Our teacher works with them. At the end of the session, we’ll share what we observed and give you a clear picture of what we think would help your student most. If you’re ready to enroll, we’ll walk you through our contract and get you started. If you need more time to think about it, there’s no pressure. The one-hour session is also available for parents who want a private conference with Meliesa at any point during their student’s enrollment — to ask questions, review progress, or talk through strategies you can use at home.

First-Time Students with homework. No assessment needed. Bring your homework or a specific problem. Work with a professional teacher for an hour. Decide afterward if FocalPoint is right for you. No obligation. No pressure.
For Parents
Parent Conference — Current FocalPoint families can book a one-hour private conference with Meliesa at any time. Use it to ask questions, discuss your student’s progress, or learn strategies you can use at home. Available to current families by appointment.
